Best experience ever!

While this was not our first storm damage/claim - from wind and hail, it was by far our best experience ever. Alan with boots on the ground and Kaitlyn helping with claim paperwork made this a smooth and even slightly enjoyable experience. I will say I am not picky, but as an avid DIY'r I am particular. I asked more than my fair share of questions and always felt listened to and respected- even when I repeated my questions because of MY uncertainty. Our needs were met, and more- including Alan and team helping to provide us with the factual details to help get over several sticky obstacles that our insurance company was not progressing quick enough or to our satisfaction. The quality of work was better than expected, and the crews used were friendly, picked up after themselves each day, and addressed any questions or concerns we had during the repairs. When it came to the big decisions (colors, lol) Alan went as far as to provide referrals so we could see our color considerations at scale- which was super helpful. I really struggled to find anything negative to say about our relationship. If anything, it would probably be more directed at being too caring and letting me waste time and energy when they already knew what needed to happen and just needed to reinforce that back to me with some tough love. Thank you to Alan and team. We will not hesitate to use Liberty roofing for any of our exterior home needs.
